1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at webstackstrat.com (the "Site"), operated by Web Stack Strategies LLC ("Web Stack Strategies," "we," "us," "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

These Terms cover use of the Site itself. They don't govern any design, development, marketing, or other services we perform for clients — those are governed by the separate signed proposal, agreement, or statement of work for that engagement, which controls if it ever conflicts with these Terms.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only, and not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems and networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation
• Scrape, harvest, or reproduce content from the Site without our permission
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, design, and code — is owned by Web Stack Strategies LLC or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view the Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

4. Third-party services

The Site uses Calendly to let you book a consultation, and Google Analytics and Google Search Console to understand how the Site is used. Your use of those embedded tools is also subject to their own terms — Calendly's terms are at calendly.com/terms, and Google's are at policies.google.com/terms.

5. No warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we don't guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information on it.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Web Stack Strategies LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

7. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We don't control, and aren't responsible for, the content or practices of those sites.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
